This policy explains how Wyndrom handles free credits, paid credits, used credits, failed requests, refunds, and cancellations.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for Wyndrom credits and paid digital features.

2. Credit model
Wyndrom uses a credit-based model. Credits are digital units used to request UX critiques and related product features.
Each critique consumes credits based on the processing cost of the request. The app may show the current balance and the number of credits charged after a successful critique.
Credits are delivered digitally and are intended for immediate use after purchase or grant. Credits are not cash, stored value, or a financial product.
3. Free credits
Free or promotional credits are provided for trial use. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
We may adjust, expire, or withdraw free credits to prevent abuse or to reflect product changes.
4. Paid credits and refunds
Used credits are generally non-refundable once a critique or digital service has been successfully delivered, because the digital service is performed immediately and processing costs are incurred.
Unused paid credits may be reviewed for refund if you contact support within 14 days of purchase, unless a different period is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
5. Failed requests and technical errors
If a request fails before a critique is delivered, credits should not be charged. If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact support with your account email, approximate time of the request, and a short description of the issue.
If duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or payment-provider errors occur, contact support promptly so we can review the transaction.
6. Cancellation
At this stage, Wyndrom credits are not a recurring subscription. There is no subscription to cancel unless a future plan explicitly states that it renews.
If subscription plans are introduced later, cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and reflected in this policy.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support first if there is a billing problem. Filing a payment dispute may cause the payment provider to place restrictions on the transaction or account while it is reviewed.
We reserve the right to suspend access to paid credits associated with refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions.
8. How to request a refund
Send refund requests to support@wyndrom.com with your account email, payment date, transaction reference if available, the number of credits purchased, and the reason for the request.
We will review requests in a reasonable time and may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
